The master in restaurant is the embodiment of a host. He concentrates on the guests and cares for their well- being. At the same time he keeps an eye on economical aspects. This degree bases on the skills of a professional waiter/waitress.
What does "CCI-University-Double-Diploma" mean?
With this training you will prepare for the examinations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rostock. You will learn exam-related contents as well as practical contents, which are especially basical for a modern management. This will be tested in a special exam at the University of Cooperative Ecucation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Prepare for this "CCI-Universitiy-Double-Diploma" exclusively at the HWBR and acquire either one or both degrees within one training.
