With this degree you will become a top manager at a hotel. Extra-occupational or full time in 3 ½ months With this qualification you will become a manager and take over managerial and organisational tasks in the various divisions and departments of hotels, restaurants, catering companies or on cruise liners.
In this exciting, comprehensive and responsible profession you will take on responsibilities in the training of apprentices and junior staff members, the acquisition of production factors, the preparation of duty rota as well as the organisation of work processes.
The degree is based on the skills and knowledge of a qualification in the hotel and restaurant industry..
What does "CCI-University double diploma" mean?
During this course you will get prepared for the examinations at the CCI. You will learn contents that is relevant for the CCI-examinations, but in addition to that practice-relevant contents which are especially required for modern management as an employee or as a self-employed real estate agent. These contents will be tested in the examination of the University of Cooperative Education Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Get prepared for the "CCI-University double diploma“ at the HWBR exclusively, and acquire one or both certificates in just one course.
