Certified Chefs du Cuisine are highly qualified, in the hotel and restaurant industry they take over the tasks as a leader in their field of duty. They lead big hotel or restaurant kitchens, they organise personnel, company and job tasks and take responsibility for the company's and financial development. This degree bases on the skills of a cook.
What does "CCI-University-Double-Diploma" mean?
With this training you will prepare for the examinations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rostock. You will learn exam-related contents as well as practical contents, which are especially basical for a modern management. This will be tested in a special exam at the University of Cooperative Ecucation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Prepare for this "CCI-Universitiy-Double-Diploma" exclusively at the HWBR and acquire either one or both degrees within one training.

Meister-BaföG: This course is eligible for assistance according to the German AFBG: € 0 down payment - ca. 3 years free of interest and redemption - then € 128 per month. Calculate your Financial BAföG support
