In Italy the barista has always been a skilled trade. In Germany, by contrast, people often rely on technology which the service staff cannot operate properly.
Experienced restaurateurs put a high value on professionally offered coffee specialities, because they know that the coffee bar can be a cash cow.

- Basic knowledge on customer-oriented coffee offers
- Preparing and making coffee
