The student master loan has become a great opportunity for every employee. The Federal Government of Germany has created highly attractive chances with its latest amendments of the Federal Training Assistance Act.
So it is worth for every employee to educate oneself so that you have better career opportunities. The Federal Government raises its funds for the student master loan from 122 mill. € to 200 mill. € per year in the medium term.
Here the most important changes:
In the near future every professional development is going to be aided, even if the employee already has had one. So retrainees can acquire a second or third bachelor, certified expert or master craftsman's diploma. - 35 % of costs of training are getting refunded if the exams are passed successfully. So if you, for example, have booked a master training for 3.000 €, you will have to pay back only 1.950 € in small instalments.
- costs for exam samples will be refunded up to 1.534 € .
- For full-time trainings alimonies for you, for children and child care subventions are higher for single parents.
- Easier extension of terms of payment and statutory notice possibilities for low-income earner's with children.
- Who runs his own business after the exam will get refunded 75 % of all trainings and exam costs.
By the way, the student master loan is independent from age and can be utilised by everyone.
