Immobilienfachwirt within just 3 months

"There is a clear tendency away from extra-occupational courses towards fulltime courses," says HWBR Managing Director Peter L. Pedersen, "we have responded to this development on the market and have offered most advanced training courses as fulltime courses."

Also the new course for the Certified Immoblienfachwirt with an examination at the CCI Rostock can be completed within three months, starting from December 2010. This is an advantage for interested participants, who can now plan their career much faster than before: annual vacation plus some overtime and some support from their employers make it quite easy in most cases. The State offers additional support by means of paid leave of absence and considerable financial support via the Meister-BAFöG.

"When we started our first compact courses about two years ago, we were being watched very sceptically," according to Pedersen, "nowadays about 80% of our course participants do not come from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, but from all over Germany. The sceptics did not think that Rostock would be an ideal location for such ideas. But it is more the opposite: ´the Baltic sea, the holiday destination No 1, and the affordable room rates during the shoulder and low seasons attract quite a number of participants."

The course fee for the Certified Immoblienfachwirt (CCI) are at about 2,750 EUR. Those you can get financial support via the so-called Meister-BAFöG, do not have to pay a single Euro when starting the course, and their own contribution can be as low as 1,450 EUR, an amount that can be paid off in small instalments after completing the course successfully.
