leave of absence with salary of the government
The government pays your salary for a whole work week if you are getting trained at the HWBR. And your employer doesn’t have to pay anything.
With that the federal state government of Mecklenburg- Western Pomerania has created a very special law: the Bildungsfreistellungsgesetz in MV (the law for the leave of absence).
Up to five working days per year you can get further education at a certified eduaction center – e.g. the HWBR – and the government pays the full gross salary plus the employer’s contribution to the social insurance.
Plain language: You go to school and your boss doesn’t have to pay anything. You shouldn’t leave out this sponsorship.
