Ausbildereignungsverordnung (AEVO) (German law)
Since the 1st August 2009 internal trainers and instructors have been in bond to prove their skills with an examination acoording to AEVO (German law for the qualification of trainers and instructiors)
The professional and pedagogical skills have to be proven according to § 30 Abs. 5 BBiG with a qualification examination (Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung -AEVO) . This law has only applied to trainers of business entreprises, agriculture business, domestic economy, mining and the civil service, but not for the liberal professions.
