As a Certified Real Estate Manager you will manage, coordinate and monitor commercial tasks in the real estate sector, and you will be employed by residential building companies, real estate companies, estate agencies, building administrators or construction companies. Besides that, you might work in real estate divisions of banks or insurance companies or in investment counselling.
What does the "CCI-University double diploma "mean?
During this course you will get prepared for the examinations at the CCI. You will learn contents that is relevant for the CCI-examinations, but in addition to that practice-relevant contents which are especially required for modern management as an employee or as a self-employed real estate agent. These contents will be tested in the examination of the University of Cooperative Education Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
