AddOn - Meister Preparation course "Economics and Management"
In the examination to become a Meister, the "commercial" part is always the "hardest nut" to crack. Use this preparation course and increase your chances to pass.
Unfortunately, vocational training courses for chefs, restaurant and hotel specialists do not include sufficient knowledge about economics, management or taxes. Therefore, it is usually more difficult for students who want to become a Meister to pass the first part of the examination, the so-called "Dienstleistungsfachwirt", at the first attempt.
We would strongly recommend this special and compact preparation course to everybody who has not received any further training in these subjects within the last few years. Get acquainted with topics related to economy and management in time, and gain precious knowledge before actually starting your master classes.
Target groups
Furture Küchenmeister, Restaurantmeister and Hotelmeister, who would like to prepare themselves for the examination more intensively.
Contents
This preparation course includes all relevant topics of the first part of the examination to become a Meister (so-called Dienstleistungsfachwirt). You will be provided with valuable advice on specialist literature to prepare for the exam in the best possible way.

Eligibility
We recommend to book this course together with the Meister course, in order to receive funding for the whole package.
Meister-BAföG: This course is eligible for assistance according to the German AFBG: € 0 down payment - ca. 3 years free of interest and redemption - then € 128 per month. Here you can calculate Ihre Meister-BAföG-Förderung.
Promotional service of the German Armed Forces BFD as well as the German Pension Fund and the Employers' liability insurance association can grant a funding.
Leave of absence in MV: Salary from the state for one working week while you are attending this course.
