Conflicts belong to our daily work – but the tendency to avoid them, and to evade them has become routine in many enterprises. Longer lasting conflicts put a strain on the person concerned, and they overshadow the whole working process, and last, but not least, they can cause enormous costs due to faulty work processes or miss-outs.

During this seminar you will learn to identify and understand conflict potential and processes, as well as deal with them openly. You will discuss possibilities of working on conflicts and solving them. Another issue of the seminar will be the prevention of conflicts.
