instructor qualifying exam according to German law
According to German Vocational Trainig Act (BBiG) an instructor is someone who imparts the training contents of an apprenticeship in a training location directly, responsible and in their essential amount and who meets the requirements of this law.
In German it is the law that in every company where they have apprentices an instructor according to this previous named law has to be present. This person has to be responsible for the apprentice, helps him with questions and problems and cares for the training at school.
The HWBR prepares you for this examination as instructor (held by the Chamber of Commerce) - either extra-occupational or in evening classes or as crash course in one week.
